HEART OF A HAWK
HAWKPAW's CHARACTER PLOT
PREMISE
Alright, everybody, first character plot on the list! This is a plot I've been sitting on for a very long time, and I'd love the chance to play it out. This plot is extremely important to Hawkpaw's character development, and it'll involve a good deal of characters hopefully. I've had a lot of time to perfect this plot, and a lot of the details have been thought out already, but there is always room for improvement or improvising.
° The plot will start with Hawkpaw and a few other SkyClanners on a hunting patrol in the Open Forest. This can be just an ordinary hunting patrol or something to do with mentors and apprentices, depending on who all signs up. After a few replies, Hawkpaw will slowly fall behind, either from having his attention captured or from his own insecurities. Either way he will be separated from the main group.
° As he makes his way back to the group, he will be the only one to notice that a shadow has fallen over the area. The shadow belongs to a young hawk that has chosen SkyClan's territory as its hunting grounds, and has decided to prey upon one of the cats in the patrol. **The cat being targeted is currently Shiny 's Pollenpaw.
° In an act of desperation to save his Clanmate, Hawkpaw will rush the hawk and leap on its back as it comes down. The hawk will glide for a while with the small tom on its back before managing to shake Hawkpaw off, stunning him. The hawk will recover fast, and it'll ended up carrying Hawkpaw off. The other cats can give chase, but they won't be able to rescue Hawkpaw before the bird carries him over the far border.
° Hawkpaw will regain his bearings while the hawk has him and will manage to get it to drop him. He'll land safely in a bush a distance from SkyClan's borders. The fall will stun him into unconsciousness, and the bush will deter the hawk from making a second attempt. At least one Clanless cat will have witnessed the young cat's fall, and taking pity on him they'll drag him to safety.
° Meanwhile, the hunting party returns to camp and reports what happened. A rescue patrol will be organized to attempt to search for and retrieve Hawkpaw. This patrol will should have at least five cats, but must consist of Orchidfeather.
° After a few hours of care under the clanless cat's watch, Hawkpaw's abusive mother, Flora, will suddenly appear and recognize her son. She will claim to be the youngster's mother, and while the Clanless cat will ask the right questions she will have the answers. However, though she's saying all the right things, something still won't sit right with the Clanless cat and they'll make up an excuse to keep the young apprentice in their care.
° Just as the Clanless cat has run out of excuses to not give the apprentice to Flora, the SkyClan patrol will appear and stake claim to Hawkpaw as well. Upon hearing Flora's objections, Orchidfeather will then realize exactly who it is who's come to collect Hawkpaw and confront her about her treatment of the kit, which will spark a minor scuffle between the two she-cats. Orchidfeather will end up chasing Flora away, but not before they hear Flora shout the name of Hawkpaw's father, Dipperwing, and cursing him.
° Hawkpaw will be taken back to the Clan, where Dipperwing will be confronted about the new information.Though he'll at first deny it, and then deny Hawkpaw, the evidence will be too strong against him and the secret will be out. What becomes of Dipperwing will be left up to the Clan leader and his RPer. When Hawkpaw finally reawakens, he'll find himself in the Medicine Cat's Den, where he'll be told about what happened. A confrontation between Hawkpaw and Dipperwing may arise from this, but that will be up to the RPer of Dipperwing.
° This marks the end of the plot. The results: Touched by SkyClan's attempts to recover him when they didn't have to (at least in his mind), Hawkpaw will finally begin to fully open up, while several characters will see the true Hawkpaw through his shyness and history.

NEEDED
That's the gist of the plot. Of course before we have it take place, permission from Pinestar / skyy and her socks will be needed, and we'll need some volunteers for characters from SkyClan to join in the hunting party that gets attacked by the hawk and the retrieval party that comes for Hawkpaw in the end. There are mandatory adoptions for Orchidfeather, Dipperwing, and Flora before the plot begins. We will also need at least one loner / rogue / kittypet who can rescue Hawkpaw from the bush, but there can be up to two.
